Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)

Security Guard Training Ontario provides the mandatory CRJMC required for your security guard licence in Ontario. The check and ID verification is completed entirely online, and if there are no issues, your CRJMC will be sent via email as a PDF within 24-48 hours of completing the required online process. The CRJMC is accepted by the Private Security Branch for your Ontario Security Guard Licence.

A criminal record and judicial matters check includes:

• applicable criminal convictions
• findings of guilt under the federal Youth Criminal Justice Act
• absolute and conditional discharges
• outstanding charges, arrest warrants and certain judicial orders
